'That's how I am.' My question is: is that really true? And, do you want to be like that?

Just as you exercise to keep your body physically in shape, you can consciously pay attention to your entire balance. In balance you make the best use of your qualities and you are better able to achieve your goals. Ask yourself regularly: how am I really doing? A simple question which is not always easy to answer. Therefore it is good to ask for professional help.

In my practice I guide people in their personal development and awareness. The goal is to live from qualities and possibilities, no matter where you are, with whom you are. The focus is on becoming aware of your behaviour and underlying motives. This is achieved by openness, trust and safety. Making choices will be different when you are conscious in life.

My way of working is also used alongside other complementary pathways. Think of business coaching, health courses and bereavement. I am used to work international so in my practice I assist anyone who is willing to look at themselves.
